Property NSW (PNSW), on behalf of Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) is seeking proposals from the open market to lease 201 Parramatta Road, Homebush West (the Site).

The successful proponent will be selected via a competitive process. The Site is vacant, unimproved and fully serviced, spanning approximately 25,640 sqm (part of Lot 1 in DP840154).
