INSW is delivering the Walsh Bay Art Precinct project on behalf of Arts NSW.
The project will include a Detailed Design and Construction contract to transform the Walsh Bay Precinct into an arts precinct for:
- Arts festivals, events and pop ups and a range of uses such as restaurants, cafes and bars
- Improved rehearsal spaces, performances spaces, back-of-house and administrative facilities
- Improved performance spaces and acoustics
The Walsh Bay Arts Precinct is to be operational by mid-2019.
INSW is seeking organisations to participate in the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct tender capable of delivering:
- Similar value, risk and complexity projects
- Detailed Design and Construction Lump Sum contracts
- Performance and entertainment venue works
- Works in a live operational public space
- Heritage refurbishment works
- Marine works
