OEH aims for a sustainable and commercially viable use of Trial Bay Kiosk and Restaurant.
It is seeking a lessee with experience, creativity, and initiative to maximise the potential of
the café and to provide a high-quality experience for visitors. OEH’s vision is to create a
vibrant and contemporary café meeting the needs of campers and visitors to the local area,
national park and the community.
The purpose of this request for EOI is to:
• introduce the opportunity to potential respondents
• outline the background, guiding principles and objectives of the opportunity
• seek creative proposals from respondents on how they would approach the
opportunity and their vision for the kiosk and restaurant
• allow respondents to provide details of their skills, knowledge and experience
• identify respondents’ capability and financial capacity to develop, market, operate and lease the site to meet the needs of park visitors.
