Art Gallery of NSW: Fire safety and protection systems maintenance services - AG2020-002

This work is for the maintenance services for the fire safety and protection systems installed within the Art Gallery of NSW’s site boundary for 4 premises, at The Domain, Collection Storage, Brett Whitely Studio, and Padstow Storage. It is anticipated that the new contract will commence in early April 2020. It is intended that this contract will extend until the Sydney Modern project is be completed, with an intent to review the expanded scope when completed. Therefore, there is an option to extend the contract term by 1 + 1 years (maximum 5 years), depending on contractor performance.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

The prospective tenderer will be required to complete the Confidentiality Agreement (included as Appendix A in Section A: RFT conditions) and attend the mandatory briefing to participate in the request for tender. Please confirm attendance for briefing no later than 2nd March 2020. 

Upon completion of the Confidentiality Agreement, the tenderer will receive the services specification for the agreement (Section C).
