Tender Details
The Professional Services Contractor (PSC) shall provide Change Management Services for the Planning and Design phase of the First Deployment Stage for the Digital Systems Transformation as required by the Principal with an option for the provision of Change Management Services for the Build and Deploy phases.
The PSC will facilitate the creation of the overall Digital Systems Transformation Roadmap and associated program of work in conjunction with all Program stakeholders.
The PSC will also support the Systems Integrator in the development and production of communication collateral that articulates and improves the collective understanding of what the future state of Digital Systems will mean for the Sydney suburban railway.

Conditions for Participation
Tender responses which do not meet the following Minimum Requirements will not be considered for evaluation:
(i) The Tenderer’s Team Lead must have a minimum 10 years’ experience providing Change Management Services on major infrastructure or technology led business transformation projects.
(ii) The Tenderer must have delivered Change Management Services on at least one technology led business transformation project valued at over $3 million in the last 5 years

Exercisable Option for the Build and Deploy phases - 2 years 10 months
