HD2 is located adjacent the Wetherill Park industrial precinct and contains approximately 14 hectares of Total Developable Area.
The Department of Planning and Environment has published a Recommended Development Consent on their Major Projects website and WSPT anticipates that a determination will be released following 9 November 2017.
The SSD application comprises a Concept Proposal for up to 88,700m² of general industrial, light industrial and warehouse and distribution centre land uses and a Stage 1 Development Application for subdivision, an access intersection and internal road, servicing, estate landscaping and civil works including bulk earthworks, remediation, retaining walls and stormwater infrastructure.
HD2 is the fourth business hub issued to the open market by Western Sydney Parklands Trust and is an excellent offering with convenient access to major arterials.
