Confidentiality Deed Poll
Potential Tenderers may request a Confidentiality Deed Poll from the Contact Officer via email - projectsprocurement@transport.nsw.gov.au. Upon receipt of the completed Confidentiality Deed Poll, TfNSW may, at its discretion, release the Register of Interest documents to the Tenderer.
Tenderer must refer the Tender ID (ISD-15-4712) in their email subtitle.

Respondents to this ROI must meet the following minimum criteria:
Minimum Requirement 1:
The Tenderer has completed (within the last five years within Australia) the detailed design and documentation of a major rail project with a construction value greater than $250 million and a consultancy engagement value greater than $2 million.
Minimum Requirement 2:
The Tenderer or Tenderer’s sub-consultant has completed (within the last five years) the detailed design and documentation of a tunnel (including ventilation and fire and life safety provisions) with a construction value greater than $50 million and a consultancy engagement value greater than $1 million.
Minimum Requirement 3
The tenderer must be an AEO or be in process of achieving AEO status for Design by close of tender submission. (Note: Tenderer to confirm their AEO status or their AEO application status in ROI Schedule.)
Minimum Requirement 4
The Tenderer or Tenderer’s sub-consultant has demonstrated an understanding of the relevant statutory requirements to achieve a planning approval and has completed (within the last five years within Australia) the preparation of Environmental Impact Statements and/or Reviews of Environment Factors for a transport infrastructure project with a capital value of in excess of $50 million.
