Rickard Rd & Jacobs St Streetscape Upgrade - T42-17

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T42-17 Rickard Road and Jacobs Street Streetscape Upgrade. 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of the attached document. The work site is along Jacobs Street at The Mall, Rickard at Jacobs Street and Civic Drive, Bankstown. UBD map reference for the site is 35 K2.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A mandatory site briefing will be held on Wednesday 1^st February 2017 at 10:00am at intersection Rickard Rd & Jacobs St, Bankstown NSW 2200 UBD Map 35 K2.

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
