Tender Details
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the supply and installation of audio visual requirements for the Riverwood Library and Community Centre.
1.1 Description of the Services
(1) Agree final layout and functionality.
(2) Supply and installation of audio visual requirements as listed into pre-cabled locations.
(3) Install and connect audio visual components in the designated server room that is pre-cabled.
(4) Program and test all installations to confirm they function as required.
(5) Work as executed and training diagram for the use of the hardware and associated software. Hand over to be undertaken with the IT Support Team.
Pricing is to be provided on day one and optional coverage.
