RFT SM 2018/001 Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport – Economic & Finance Services.
Consultancy services are required to meet critical project deliverables for the development of the Western Sydney Airport, (strategic and final) business case.
Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport is a proposed new metro railway line, linking Schofields to Macarthur via Sydney’s new Western Airport and Badgerys Creek Aerotropolis, providing stations at key precincts, and a rail link between the new Western Sydney Airport and the rest of Sydney’s rail system. Stage 1 of the development will focus on the connection between St Marys and Badgerys Creek Aerotropolis.
Sydney Metro (the Principal) requires the services of a suitably experienced Service Provider to provide Economic and Finance Services for the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport business case stage of the project (the Project).
Main Outputs: Economic Appraisal and Strategic Options investigations and report, Economic Benefits report, Urban Renewal Assessment report, Financial Appraisal Modelling and Funding investigations and report, Funding, Financing and Project Commercial Strategy.
