Tender Details
The successful contractor will be required to provide full traffic management services for a number of annual Community events held in Wingecarribee Shire and will include but not be limited to:
• Traffic Control Plans (TCP's)
• Traffic Management Plans (TMP's)
• Traffic Staging Plans (TSP's)
• Vehicle Movement Plans (VMP's)
• Risk Assessments
• Associated Event Site Management Services
The commitment/contract will be for a period of 2 years with an option to extend by one (1) 12 month period. The one year optional extension period's 'Schedule of Fees', is subject to negotiation at the time of the extension and the discretion of Council
