Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water / EOI - Provision of Technical Services – Home Energy Action (HEA) Program - EOI_1316

The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) (The Agency) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Technical Service Providers (TSPs) for the supply of technical services to support OEH in partnering with social housing providers (SHP) and other residential property owners to upgrade their housing stock with energy efficiency measures/products under the Home Energy Action Program. The duration of the Program is up to five years.

The objective of the EOI is to identify and pre-register TSPs that have suitable capacity, capability and experience. Approved pre-registered TSPs may then be invited to submit quotations under a competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ) process for the provision of technical services for each SHP upgrade project that arises during the term of the program.
