Public Domain Plan and Related Services - Honeysuckle NSW - HDC325

HDC is seeking to engage a highly experienced urban design / landscape architecture firm to produce a Public Domain Plan which articulates a vision for the undeveloped land in Honeysuckle NSW and leads to the delivery of high quality public open spaces.

The Consultant’s team is expected to be a collaboration of exemplary landscape architects, urban designers and public artists from different firms and/or backgrounds, that will bring together vast ideas and arrive at a design for the Cottage Creek Precinct which is truly special.

The Services are will result in the following key deliverables:

1. Public Domain Plan identifying the key themes for public domain areas, the public domain elements, main access routes and resulting lot boundaries
2. Visual Package including, 3d renders, photo montages and video flyovers
3. Cost Estimate Report for the public domain to be delivered by HDC 
4. Public Domain Technical Manual for the Cottage Creek Precinct to become an addendum to the Newcastle City Council Public Domain Technical Manual.

The Public Domain Plan and Technical Manual will be developed in consultation with Newcastle City Council (NCC) and become a key reference document that supports HDC’s capital works and divestment program.
