Scheme Details

This Land and Asset Valuation scheme provides Government access to professional prequalified land and asset valuation service providers, both general and speciality, for statutory*, land, asset, **financial and infrastructure valuations.

* Statutory valuations:

  • Valuation of Land Act 1916
  • Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991
  • Crown Land Management Act 2016

** Financial valuations carried out following policy and guideline paper TPP14-01 - Valuation of Physical Non-Current Assets at Fair Value.

Insurance

Do you agree to provide proof of insurance prior to engagement? *

Applicants are required to maintain policies of insurance for Public Liability and Workers' Compensation where required by law. Professional Indemnity Insurance may be required for some engagements. The level of insurance coverage that is required for the nature of an engagement will be determined by agencies at the time the service provider is engaged.

Principals may request that suppliers provide proof of insurance prior to engagement.

    The land and asset valuation scheme has been extended to 18 November 2024 with the same terms and conditions. No action is required from approved/existing suppliers.

    Please note that the managing agency has changed to Housing, Property and Development with Valuer General NSW remaining as the administrator.
