Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water / Heritage Management System - tender_609

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued by The Crown in right of the State of New South Wales, acting through the Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH), ‘the Agency’

The Agency seeks Quotations from suppliers to undertake the development and delivery of a Heritage Management System comprising five development releases, broadly:

RELEASE 1Environmental Heritage items management, webforms, spatial search, workflows, integrations

RELEASE 2Online payments, submissions, local government and state portal, enhanced search, integrations

RELEASE 3Aboriginal Heritage management, workflows, enhanced search

RELEASE 4Grants integration, Secretariat support

RELEASE 5Maritime Heritage workflow, enhanced search, integration.

NSW Regions: Cumberland/Prospect, South East Sydney

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A briefing will be held on the date, time, and place below. The Agency Contact Officer will be available at that time to answer any queries regarding this RFQ and the RFQ process in general.

Attendance at the briefing is not mandatory but strongly encouraged

No more than two (2) persons from each Respondent organisation is permitted to attend the briefing.  Names of persons attending the briefing must be emailed to the Contact Officer at least three working days prior.
