Transport for NSW is accepting registrations from suitably experienced and qualified organisations interested in providing the Infrastructure Technical Advisor Services for the Parramatta Light Rail (PLR) Project. This invitation sets out the Registration process and the Minimum Requirements the Tenderers must meet in order to be considered for this Tender.

Registrants must submit a completed Registration Form and Confidentiality Deed Poll to the Contact Officer no later than Monday 18 April 2016. Upon receipt of completed Registration Form and Confidentiality Deed Poll, TfNSW may at its discretion, release the Invitation to Tender documents to organisations that TfNSW deem are capable of providing the Services.
To be considered for this tender, Tenderers must meet the following Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Requirement 1:
The Tenderer has successfully managed, as a lead Technical Advisor, design on a multi-disciplinary light rail or other relevant rail infrastructure project valued at over AU$500M in the last 5 years, involving most or all of the following technical disciplines: track, civil, roads and structural, urban design, signalling, HV and LV reticulation, substations and overhead wiring.
Minimum Requirement 2:
Evidence that the Tenderer has rail project development experience (in the last 5 years), particularly through the Feasibility and Definition Design phases, where the engagement was valued over AU$2M.
Minimum Requirement 3:
The Tenderer has demonstrated that each of the competencies as per the ‘Engineering Services Scope Matrix for the Works’ (Attached) are fulfilled by the Authorised Engineering Organisation(s) (AEO) proposed in the Tender. (Note: The tenderer must be an AEO or be in process of achieving AEO status for Design by close of tender submission).
Minimum Requirement 4:
Tenderer’s attendance at the mandatory Tenderer’s Briefing.
