The Principal wishes to engage a Service Providers who will be responsible for coordinating activities that enable the Project to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
The Service Provider is responsible for:
· Providing strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and issues management advice to the Deputy Project Director, Stakeholder and Community Liaison as required.
· Developing strong relationships between the Project team and relevant senior stakeholders
· Developing a senior stakeholder engagement strategy that maps relevant senior stakeholders, issues and communication tools
· Managing the preparation of material to assist with briefing senior stakeholders including speaking points, presentations and documents.
· Liaising with the Principal's internal project team, developing and implementing strategies, plans and deliverables taking into account the interests of a wide range of identified stakeholders..
· Aligning the Strategies and their outcomes in order to support to the NSW Government's commitment to developing and maintaining wider stakeholder understanding and support in delivering the project.
· Contribute to the existing stakeholder engagement and communications strategy for the Project to reflect changing project needs and corporate requirements including other services providers, as required.
