Weather Observation Equipment Demand Visualisation, Resource Management and Reporting Project - RFS RFT 2018-003

The purpose of the project is to:

 

To support the newly acquired weather observation capability within the NSW RFS. Specifically, the project purpose is to:

 

• Develop or configure tools to support deployment decisions. 
• To track and report on the use, maintenance and stock levels of weather observation equipment
• To display the results derived from the weather station equipment in the NSW RFS Fire Weather Portal

 

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

1. Tenderers may submit proposals for any one or all the Modules
2. A briefing session will be held on 10:30am, Friday 9/02/2018 at 15 Carter Street Lidcombe NSW.
3. System documentation and display of prototype(s) will be provided by RFS after the Vendor/s have signed and returned a RFS Non-Disclosure Agreement (RFS NDA) to contracts@rfs.nsw.gov.au
