The Board of Studies Teaching and Educational Standards is responsible for the implementation of the National Assessment Program, Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) in all NSW Government schools for Years 3, 5, 7 and 9.
TThis Request For Tender (RFT) is made by the NSW Department of Education ("the Department") for Print, Distribution, Processing, Marking and Reporting of test results.
This RFT has two discrete components being;
• Print, Distribution, Processing and Reporting of test results
• Marking and Marking Centre
Suppliers are able to respond for either or both components, with the Department seeking to appoint a supplier for each component; however the same supplier may be successful for both components. The Department is also seeking innovative modes of delivery.

This RFT shall be issued and managed using the Department of Education's new tool, Ariba Contract Source.
It is compulsory that interested parties are registered in Ariba Contract Source in order to participate in the RFT process.
