Unless otherwise agreed with AO, the tenderer must be registered in the NSW Government ICT Supplier Advanced Prequalification Scheme, accredited under C04PTa GovDC PaaS and/or C04PTs PaaS, or C05PTa GovDC IaaS and/or C05PTs IaaS.  Organisations IaaS accredited must be able to provide/host/manage a PaaS solution.

 Project services

·       Provision of technical staff (cloud services infrastructure engineers, and network engineers)

·       Detailed solution / landscape design including Active Directory, Microsoft Direct Access and Skype for business services including PSTN connectivity.

·       Provide network connectivity to support Margaret Street, remote users, connectivity to the internet during both migration and production including any routing configuration.

·       Testing the solution and remediate any defects

·       Implementation of cloud environment infrastructure solution as per scope above

·       Support of AO testing application functionality, performance/load and security testing

Ongoing facilities provision and support

·       Provision/availability of cloud infrastructure (Cloud infrastructure, VM, and O/S level), for Development, Test, DR and Production environments for a 36 month term (extendable by 12 or 24 months)

·       Managed services - Operating System, Database, and Microsoft managed services -  Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/NAP(Network Access Protection)/ADCS(Active Directory Certificate Services/Group Policy, for all environments

·       Support (tenderer to suggest service level options eg. for break-fix and standard change requests)

o   24x7x365 for DR and Production environments, and

o   08.00-17.30 AEST Mon-Fri excluding NSW public holidays, for Dev and Test environments

·       Provision of customer portal for logging/updating of change/requests/incident management, and systems performance monitoring dashboard

·       Ongoing licence management including upgrades when applicable
