Tender Details
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers to: 1) Part A Conduct a Road Network Condition Survey, analyse data, provide data in suitable format for uploading into Councils two PMS systems. 2) Part B Review Council's dTIMS Pavement Management System operating settings for the new Road Network Condition data. Council maintains a road network of about 940 km made up of mostly asphalt sealed flexible pavement with some rigid concrete pavement. The majority of roads are sealed, with kerb and gutter on both sides. Council currently uses two pavement management systems: • PMS PARMMS Road Manager Pavement Management System covers the former Canterbury Council LGA. [road network area 346km] • ARRB dTIMS PMS covers the former Bankstown LGA area [road network area 594km] It is intended that: • PMS PARMMS Road Manager PMS data be upgraded for the former Canterbury LGA road network only. • dTIMS PMS be extended across the road network for the combined Canterbury Bankstown Council local government area [LGA] with a new revised database. Road condition data for the former Bankstown LGA was collected in 2012 and used to setup the existing dTIMS PMS. Respondents may submit a response for Part A or Part B or both parts of this Tender. Council reserves the right to award each Part to different companies or to the same company.
