Tender Details

The Waterfall Enabling Works is the first package of Works in the over-arching More Trains More Services Stage 2 Program. The Waterfall Enabling works is the early delivery of critical path works for the Waterfall Infrastructure. These works include construction of boundary retaining walls, relocation of affected services and detail services searches. TfNSW will supply the Principal's Design and all related design elements with regards to utilities.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

  1. Prospective Tenderers are required to return the Confidentialty Deed Poll and Probity and Process Deed Poll to the Contact Officer before access will be provided to the Invitation to Tender documents.
  2. Prospective Tenderers are required to confirm by 12:00pm on 27 september 2019 whether their representatives will attend a site visit being held on 1 October 2019 and a Tender briefing session being held on 2 October 2019. Noting that the Confidentiality Deed Poll and Probity and Process Deed must be executed and provided to the Contact Officer to attend.

 

Conditions for Participation

The Tenderer must demonstrate as a minimum the following requirement for this tender:
(a) the Tenderer has successfully completed the delivery of at least two (2) infrastructure construction projects in a brownfield rail environment, valued in excess of $15 million in the last three (3) years;
(b) the Tenderer has Environmental, Work Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems that are ISO Accredited;
(c) the Tenderer has AEO authorisation (as per Annexure 3 of Attachment 1 (Tender Schedules), or can demonstrate a pathway to achieving the referenced level of AEO authorisation prior to contract execution; and
(d) the Tenderer’s financial viability (as measured against the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation (DFSI) Comprehensive Financial Assessment Criteria) must be acceptable to TfNSW and the Tenderer must have a demonstrated turnover of at least $50 million per annum for construction works.
