Tender Details

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the reliable and cost effective supply of Line Marking Services for a period of three years with options to extend by mutual agreement for a further two, one year periods, subject to contractor performance and Council’s requirements.

The tenderers will be ranked in order of preference, based on Evaluation Criteria. The first ranked contractor will be given first option to carry out work as required, if they are unavailable to perform the work within the time required or default in their responsibilities under the Contract, then the second ranked contractor will be selected, and so on. All requirements for Line Marking Services will be on "as-required" basis throughout the period of the Contract and Council makes no guarantee as to the volume of work available.

For major specific works Council may also seek "lump sum" quotations from the preferred contractors.
