Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking Tenders from experience and suitably qualified organisations for the provision of Integrated Transport Planning Consultant for Parramatta Light Rail (Stage 2) Project.
This invitation sets out the registration process and minimum requirements that Tenderer's must satisfy in order to be considered for this Tender.

Tender Submission Requirements:
Tenderers must submit their responses as two separate file only. the first file is to consist of the completed 'Non-Commercial Schedules' and is to exclude any reference to pricing. The second file is to consist of the completed 'Commercial Schedules'.
Multiple separate documents will not be accepted unless you obtain prior approval from TfNSW. This ensures that the tenders are complete and accurate, and presented in the manner intended by the Tenderer.

Confidentiality Deed Poll:
Tenderers must complete the Confidentiality Deed Poll attached and submit via email to the Contact Officer (Procurement.PLR@transport.nsw.gov.au).
Upon receipt of completed Confidentiality Deed Poll TfNSW may, at its discretion, release these documents to organisations that TfNSW deem capable of providing the Services. The documents includes: Tender Schedules, Annexure 1 (Services Brief) and Annexure 2 (Draft Professional Services Contract).
Minimum Requirements:
The Tenerer must demonstrate as a minimum:
- Provide details to demonstrate that the Tenderer has successfully prepared an integrated transport plan or equivalent for a major urban linear transport infrastructure project with a value of more than $200 million in the past 5 years; and
- Provide details to demonstrate that the nominated Project Director and Project Manager have proven experience in successfully leading integrated transport planning activities for a major urban linear transport infrastructure project with a value of more that $200 million over the past 5 years.
