Smith Park Irrigation - T33-18

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the supply and installation of a new irrigation system and its ancillary components for Smith Park, East Hills.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

The works include:

• Site Establishment

• Supply and installation of a new 120kl Irrigation Tank,

• Pump Supply and Installation

• New Automatic Irrigation System Piping & Fittings

• Potable Water Supply

• Irrigation Controller

• Solenoid Valve Installation

• Sprinklers

• Existing Tank Demolition

• Waste Disposal

• Testing & Commissioning

• Handover Documentation

• Undertake repairs and rectification as required during the defects and liability period

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A Compulsory Briefing & Site Inspection will be held

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
