Tender Details

Sydney Metro is seeking Service Provider(s) to undertake project Transaction Management Services to support delivery of the Metro West project.

Sydney Metro is seeking experienced Service Provider(s) with relevant expertise in the procurement of a range of contracts on rail infrastructure mega-projects of a similar nature to the project to deliver transaction management and  commercial services (and optional financial advisory services if able) in regards to the delivery of the Sydney Metro West project. The Service Provider will work with Sydney Metro in the planning and procurement of the major contracts for the Project.

The Service Provider must have relevant expertise in the procurement on complex infrastructure mega-projects of a similar nature to Sydney Metro and across a range of contracts including Design & Construct (D&C), Construct-only and if relevant, Public Private Partnership (PPP).
Tenderers may bid for one of the following bid options:
• Non-PPP Construction contracts only
• PPP contracts only (with or without an option to carry out PPP financial advisory services)
• Combined non-PPP Construction and PPP contracts (with or without an option to carry out PPP financial advisory services)
The Services Brief will be provided on application to approved entities that Sydney Metro considers at its sole discretion are capable of being bona fide Tenderers per the requirements in the Request for Tender.
