RFT SM 2018/002 Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport – Project Management Office (PMO) Services.
A Service Provider is required to provide resources for the following activities, to support the development of a Final Business Case:

cost estimation

risk management
-
scheduling services
-
change control
-
document management
In addition, cost and scheduling services are required to support investigation activities of the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Strategic Business Case.
The team will be based within Sydney Metro’s integrated project team offices.
