Hunter and Central Coast Development Corporation (HCCDC) is calling for proposals from suitable Proponents, with the experience, capacity and commitment to enter a long-term lease and re-purpose The Wharf, historically known as Lee Wharf A (the Site).
The Leasing Process aims to engage a Proponent to create an iconic waterfront destination that celebrates the building’s history and character and will act as an anchor that further attracts people to the Honeysuckle precinct.
