Tender Details

Hunter and Central Coast Development Corporation (HCCDC) is calling for proposals from suitable Proponents, with the experience, capacity and commitment to enter a long-term lease and re-purpose The Wharf, historically known as Lee Wharf A (the Site).

The Leasing Process aims to engage a Proponent to create an iconic waterfront destination that celebrates the building’s history and character and will act as an anchor that further attracts people to the Honeysuckle precinct.

Details of the Site, the Leasing Process and submission requirements are included in this CFP document and Appendices. Proponents are encouraged to closely review this information and ensure that any proposal submitted in response to the CFP complies with the requirements.

RFT Type

Request for Proposals - An invitation for expressions of interest / seeking preliminary proposals. In many cases these may be used as a basis for shortlisting tenderers, along with other criteria such as expertise and experience. Prospective tenderers are initially evaluated for their proposal against the relevant selection criteria. A number of those who best meet the criteria are invited to tender. For complex or some other types of procurement, where the product or service outcomes are highly dependent on the content of the proposals received from Tenderers, the outcome may be negotiated.
