Place Management NSW is seeking Tenders from world-class food and beverage providers for two iconic sites, 8 Circular Quay East and 10 Circular Quay East, Sydney. The sites are currently tenanted by Portobello Caffe and Sydney Cove Oyster Bar.
Place Management NSW (the Lessor) owns and manages land, built environment and public domain assets in The Rocks and the foreshore area of Circular Quay to ensure this iconic heritage location, situated between the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House, remains a leader in retail experience internationally.
