Chester Hill Community Centre Roof and Air Conditioning Replacement - T31-19

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for Chester Hill Community Centre Roof and Air Conditioning Replacement at the Chester Hill Community Centre, 25 Chester Hill Road, Chester Hill.

The scope of works generally includes the removal and decommissioning of the existing air conditioning system and supportive structural members, the installation of a new air conditioning system and the removal and replacement of the existing roof sheeting as per the drawings attached. The works include timber screens to be installed with the air conditioning units to match the existing screens at the site.

All existing roof ventilators are to be reinstalled.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. Refer to drawings which are separately attached to the document.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at 10.00am, Tuesday 29 January at Chester Hill Community Centre, 25 Chester Hill Road, Chester Hill UBD Map Ref 251 C2. 

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
