Tender Details

Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) will be undertaking a trial of Cellular Jamming Technology at Lithgow Correctional Centre. Tender responses are sought for the installation of supplied equipment (as determined by a separate equipment supply tender and contract) based on a detailed design developed by a technical specialist firm.

The contractor will need to allow for a staged fit-out, installation and commissioning of the Radio Frequency (RF) System and any associated integration and co-ordination with the existing Systems to minimise the interference with the Correctional Centres’ operation.

A mandatory briefing / site inspectionwill be held as follows:

Tenderers should confirm their attendance and nominated attendee(s) (maximum 2 attendees) for the mandatory briefing with the Contact Person by COB 4^th March 2013.

The nominated attendees will be required to provide a copy of a current government issued photo identification (i.e. Driver’s licence, Passport etc) to the Contact Person by COB 4^th March 2013 and bring their photo ID to the briefing.

Tenderers who do not notify the Contact Person by the required date, may not be permitted to attend the mandatory meeting.

To obtain Confidential Information relating to the Tender (0911-12 RFT Document - Vol 3 - Lithgow Mobile Jamming Project - Detailed Design Document v1.2), a Deed of Confidentiality (included in the Tender document) must be signed, and submitted at the mandatory site briefing.
