The Principal proposes to enter into a contract in the form of a Head Agreement (Part D) with the successful Respondents to form a panel of Suppliers with the capability to Manufacture, Supply and Deliver Specialised Trailers on a standing offer basis with no commitment of any work, unless a Customer Contract is executed by the Principal. The Head Agreement and any Customer Contract formed under the Head Agreement will include (where directed by the Principal) the removal of any existing trailer and its delivery to and storage at the Suppliers nearest central location until its removal by NSW SES representatives.

Additional Details / Instructions
It is envisaged that the Head Agreement will be in place for an initial term of three (3) years from the date of execution with two (2) options to extend, each for a term of 12 months at the sole discretion of the Principal.
Conditions for Participation
Respondents must address the Small to Medium Enterprise participation plan and Regional and Indigenous participation.
Estimated Timeframe for Delivery
Initial procurements must be delivered by 15/06/2020.
