The Utility management Team (UMT) will be required to apply the principales of good governance, fairness and transparency and provide advice to the PLR Stage 1 implementation groups and the wider PLR project team in relation to utility management.
Additional Details / Instructions
Tenderers must submit their responses as two separate files only. The first file is to consist of the conpleted 'Non-commercial Schedules' and is to exclude any reference to pricing. The second file is to consist of the completed 'Commercial Schedules'.
Multiple separate documents will not be accepted unless you obtain prior approval from TfNSW. This ensures that the Tenderers are complete and accurate, and presented in the manner intended by the Tenderer.

Confidentiality Deed Poll:
Tenderers must complete the Confidentiality Ded Poll attached and submit via email to the Contact Officer (Procurement.PLR@transport.nsw.gov.au).
Upon receipt of completed Confidentiality Deed Poll TfNSW may, at its discretion, release these documents to organisations that TfNSW deems capable of providing the Services. The documents includes: Tender Schedules, Annexure 1 (Services Brief) and Annexure 2 (Draft Professional Services Contract).
