Ewen Park-Sports Lighting - T57-20

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to supply, deliver, install, aim, test and the commission of field lighting upgrade at located at Ewen Park, Tennent Parade, Hurlstone Park.

The works under this contract consist of providing sports field floodlighting upgrade at the site mentioned above.

The lighting lux designs for Ewen Park are to be provided with tender submissions and shall be based on the technical specification and drawings provided with this document.

The scope of works generally consist of removal and disposal of existing light poles and fittings, supply, installation, testing, aiming and commissioning of new lighting poles, light fittings, conduits and cabling, new distribution boards and controls. They shall be switched/dimmed for both 50 and 100 lux levels.

All light poles and footings shall be certified by a practicing structural engineer and certification shall be submitted to Council following the engineer’s inspections

Tenderers are reminded that a mandatory Tender Briefing will be held on site 27th November 2019 at Roberts Park, Greenacre - Acacia Ave car park at 2:00pm
