Bransgrove Road Depot Amenities Refurbishment - T29-19

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the refurbishment of the male and female amenities at its Bransgrove Road Depot. 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of the attached Request.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at 10:00am, Wednesday 30 January 2019 at 252 Brangrove Road, Panania 2213 - UBD Map 270 N13.  

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
