The Crest Soccer Club Roof Replacement - T32-19

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the roof removal and replacement at the Crest Soccer Club, Carysfield Road, Bass Hill.

There are two (2) items for Tenderers to submit prices for:

Item 1 

Includes removal of the existing roof sheeting and box gutter and installation of a new box gutter at the rear of the building. The roof frame to be adjusted to fall to the new box gutter at the rear of the building and install full length roof sheets and insulation blankets, gutter guard as specified along with all other specified works as per drawing 1819_0405_A3A.DWG.             

Item 2

Includes removal of the existing roof sheeting and box gutter and installation of a new box gutter to replace the existing one and install new roof sheets and insulation blankets as specified along with all other specified works as per drawing1819_0405_A2A.DWG 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. Refer to drawings which are separately attached to the document.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at 11.00am, Tuesday 29 January at The Crest Soccer Club, Carysfield Road, Bass Hill UBD Map Ref 251 B 13.

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
