Carinya Road New Pontoon - T21-20

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers to undertake design and construction works for the Carinya Road new pontoon, Picnic Point and associated reconstruction work for the concrete jetty and concrete boat ramp. 

Works will also include fencing and riverbank protection. 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in

Section 3 of this Request.  

Tenderers are reminded that a compulsory mandatory Tender Briefing will be held on site along Carinya Road (adjacent to Alan Ashton Reserve), access via Henry Lawson Drive, Picnic Point at 10:00am on 4 September 2019.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Tenderers are reminded that a compulsory mandatory Tender Briefing will be held on site along Carinya Road (adjacent to Alan Ashton Reserve), access via Henry Lawson Drive, Picnic Point at 10:00am on 4 September 2019.  

If the briefing is compulsory, Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
