Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water / Provide Office Cleaning Services for NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service Tumut Office including the Tumut Visitor Centre - Tender 2206

The whole of the works shall be carried out in accordance with the contract documentation and/or at the direction of the Director, Southern Ranges Branch or his/her nominated delegate known as the Cleaning Contract Manager.

Cleaning Services Include:

• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping or wiping down.

• Toilet, shower, basin, wet area floor & kitchen surface cleaning thoroughly using an approved type of germicidal liquid to ensure conformity with OHS standards.

• Attention to removal of dust, cobwebs, dead insects, food debris, stains, dirt and grime.

• All visible and easy access areas including under desks, desk surfaces, telephones, computers only if already turned off, tops of cupboards & filing cabinets, shelves, window sills, blinds, top of dividers and whiteboard ledges.

• Empty and clean/replace bin liners of waste receptacles.  Bin liners should be reused until dirty or become ineffective.

A Mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday 22^nd January 2019 at the NPWS Tumut Office.
