Wagener Oval Clubhouse Facility - T30-19

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the project T30-19 Wagener Oval Clubhouse Facility.

The project involves the construction of a new clubhouse facility at Wagener Oval by means of modular design & construction, a single storey building approximately 260m2 in area. The new clubhouse facility will provide amenity for change rooms, kiosk, club room, storage rooms, public and private toilet amenity rooms and an outdoor covered area with views to the playing field. The location of the site is within Whitfield Reserve, 14-16 Whitfield Avenue Ashbury NSW, with the new clubhouse situated north of the playing field. The new clubhouse will replace the existing clubhouse which is to remain operational until completion and occupation of the new building, the existing clubhouse will then be demolished (demolition by others).

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A non-compulsory site briefing will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday 30 April 2019 at Wagener Oval. 14-16 Whitfield Reserve, Ashbury NSW 2193. Meet outside existing clubhouse on site.
