The Library holds original collection material on a variety of superseded and obsolete video tape formats. These include open reel and cassette formats ranging from domestic to professional. To preserve and facilitate access to the rich cultural content held on these formats, the Library seeks to have these original items digitised or transferred to the digital video file formats.
