Tender Details

This is a request for the submission of tenders to provide a project reporting platform to Infrastructure New South Wales (INSW). The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to allow the invited Offerors to submit a tender to meet the scope and requirements defined herein. INSW will adopt a structured and collaborative approach to the RFT process to enable each Offeror to put forward its best tender.


The outcome of the RFT process will be to confirm that the business objectives, technical requirements, and high-level business case can be met, and to select INSW’s Preferred Offeror to progress to contract negotiations for in-scope services.  It is expected that a co-designed and planned service transition will commence following the signature of the negotiated agreement between the parties.

All information described in this document and the associated appendices is strictly confidential and may only be used by Offerors in the course of the bid qualification and response process. In the event that the invited Offeror does not intend to respond to this RFT, they are required to return and destroy all information and documentation provided to them by INSW or representative of INSW.
