This scheme is discontinued.

Landcom is committed to increasing the supply of affordable housing in NSW. Our relationship with the community housing sector is key to us delivering on this commitment.

 

The National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) maintain a database of registered community housing providers, Landcom works closely with NRSCH and the Community Housing Industry Association NSW and have an agreement to distribute information about development opportunities through them. 

 

Landcom have therefore decided to discontinue the scheme.  Thank you to all providers who participated in Landcom's Affordable Housing Scheme (SCM4421).

Prequalification Types

Community Housing Providers

Only applicants that are successfully registered in the National Regulatory System Community Housing will be eligible for prequalification in this scheme.

You can apply for this scheme and select one or multiple of the following capabilites and Geographic Regions.

The capabilities are segmented into two groups across NSW regions:

A). Community Housing Developer - An organisation involved in the construction / development of new Affordable Housing.

B). Community Housing Manager - An organisation involved in managing Affordable Housing properties and tenancy management.

All types of registered Community Housing Providers are invited to apply for this prequalification scheme
