Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Pre-tender meeting

A pre-tender site visit has been organised as detailed below.  Please note that it is a site visit only.  All contractual and technical questions must be raised in writing to the contact person.

Location – FRWS office / workshop, then travel to flowmeter sites (approx. 3-4 hrs)

Time – 10:00 AM

Attendee limitation – 3 persons maximum per organisation

Site access restrictions

Tenderers and their agents or representatives must:

obtain permission to inspect the Site from the Client’s Representative at least 48 hours before access to the Site is required;

upon arrival, at the pre-arranged time, introduce themselves at the Client Representative’s office prior to undertaking their inspection of the Site.
