WaterNSW is inviting Registrations of Interest from the market for the Avon Deep Water Access Project.
The Registration of Interest (ROI) Objective is to select a shortlist of participants to participate in a formal tender process.
WaterNSW will be using our new online Sourcing tool called “Scout RFP” to manage the submission process.

The link will take you to Scout RFP, where you will need to submit your ROI response if you wish to participate.
If you have not used Scout before, you will need to create your free supplier account as a one-off and continue to use these details for any future event. If you have questions regarding your account setup, please contact support@scoutrfp.com .
Once registered, you can view the request details, download any attachments and ask questions relevant to this ROI via the Message Centre to WaterNSW within the Scout platform. You will also be able to invite additional team members to collaborate and submit response.
