Tender Details

The Justice Cluster requires information to assess the:

· feasibility of meeting the requirement for a standard ECC6.0 SaaS product integrating either through existing SAP implemented solutions or through standard integrations to other cloud or on-premise solutions;

· extent to which any SAP ECC6.0 SaaS solutions will meet existing whole-of-government process standards;

· extent of experience respondents have in offering SAP ECC6.0 SaaS solutions;

· respondent’s pricing models associated with the delivering of SaaS which can be used to compare with Justice Cluster current Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models;

· additional value offered by a SAP ECC6.0 SaaS solutions over and above any direct cost savings; and

· the process and indicative timeframes for transitioning Justice Cluster agencies to and from the proposed SaaS solution, including any associated terms, conditions and assumptions.

Additional Details / Instructions

Mandatory Requirements:

· Core of the SaaS solution must be SAP (ECC6.0)

· SAP ECC6.0 SaaS solution must support HR Public Sector conditions

· SAP ECC6.0 SaaS solution must be hosted in a NSW Government data centre

· SAP ECC6.0 SaaS solution must support business processes that are aligned to WoG process standards for HR, finance and procurement

· SAP ECC6.0 SaaS solution must be able to integrate seamlessly with other on-premise and cloud solutions (both SAP and non-SAP)
