The upgrade includes restoration of the existing shed including a replacement roof, roller doors and internal works. Construction works as defined in the construction documentation, which includes:

 

•      Site establishment/disestablishment activities;

•      Site security;

•      Traffic Management and control measures;

•      Environmental protection measures and controls;

•      The location and protection of all existing services;

•      Site survey and setout works;

•      Demolition as required and disposal of excess waste (including asbestos removal);

•      Upgrade of existing building as documented;

•      Site services;

•      Restoration of all disturbed surfaces;

•      Preparation and submission of Work-As-Executed documentation;

•      Rectification of all defects and omissions that become apparent during the defects liability period; and

•      All other works necessary to permit the Works to be completed and operated in a manner suitable for their purpose.
