Department of Education / Invitation for Market Engagement- Corporate Services Review - DECPS-14-62

The NSW Department of Education and Communities is considering the implementation of a new strengthened service delivery model for Finance, Procurement, HR and IT to improve service provision and customer experience. In developing a new service delivery model the Department is seeking market input to inform how Finance, HR, Procurement and IT services could be delivered.

This market engagement aims to provide the Department with a current understanding of the different service delivery models that could be adopted, where they have been successfully deployed elsewhere and transition considerations for any change that may be made.

The Department invites organisations who wish to share their insights and input for the purposes of developing a new service delivery model to attend face-to-face discussions with Department representatives. The Department is not expecting any written responses or submissions in advance of the face-to-face discussions.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).

Timeline: The Department plans to schedule individual meetings with invitees for the period from Monday, 18 August 2014 to Friday, 29 August 2014.
