The Department of Education and Communities proposes to construct the State’s first public high-rise high school to replace Parramatta Public School and Arthur Phillip High School. This school is to be constructed in the CBD Parramatta by November 2018 as a part of the Department’s Parramatta City Schools Strategy. The $100m - $140m budget of works include:
• Construction of a new multi-storey Parramatta Public School for up to 1,000 students
• Approximately 20% of the budget.
• Construction of a new high rise high school for Arthur Phillip High School for up to 2,000 students
• Approximately 80% of the budget.
