Department of Education / Broken Bay & Milson Island Ferry Services for Sports and Recreation - DECSR-14-27

The OOS is responsible for assisting the people of NSW participate in sport and recreation with a vision to improving wellbeing.

Sport and Recreation Centres located at Broken Bay and Milson Island on the Hawkesbury River, NSW are dependent on water transportation of passengers, goods and food and also require charter services. The services are designed to deliver the water transport requirements to ensure successful ongoing operations at the centres. These services form an essential component of the operational logistics for successful delivery of the Recreation Centre program.

OoS requires the provision of water based Passenger Transportation (Ferries), Boat Freight and Charter Service between various Hawkesbury River wharves to Broken Bay and Milson Island. Services providers need to uphold regulatory and professional standards, be reliable and competitively priced. The key objective of this procurement is to commission one or several professional and licensed domestic commercial boat operators to facilitate these Services as per the Statement of Requirements.
