The products and services which the Department expect to be delivered under the Contract include:

     a. Off-the-shelf (COTS) software application;

     b. Implementation and project management services; and

     c. Support services.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A Respondent briefing will be held on the date, time, and place indicated below. The Department’s Project Officers will be available at that time to answer any queries regarding this RFP, the technical aspects this RFP and the Proposal process generally.
